The plan sheet
Scroll to walk — walls rise out of the plan, then the camera walks room by room.
The plan below is the listing's own floor-plan image (photo-28). Every room name and dimension in this walk comes from that plan; every finish comes from the listing's own interior photos. Rooms with no usable photo stay as line drawings — nothing is invented.
3D unavailable on this device. The stills below are the fallback: the real plan sheet and the real listing photos, in walk order.
The plan sheet — the listing's own plan (photo-28)
Finished areas from the plan's own table: Main 633 · Upper 642 · Top 642 · Total 1,917 sq ft. Other areas: Patio 168 · Balcony 50 · Garage 227 sq ft. Beds/baths are blank in the EstateView record, so no bed/bath count is shown here. Counted from the plan's own labels: 4 bedrooms; bath spaces — powder room (main), 2 ensuites (upper), bath + ensuite (top).

Walk order — and which photo each room is matched to
Flagged — left as line drawing, never faked
- Garage — no interior photo in the set; shown as outline only.
- Patio (main) — no patio-specific photo in the set; shown as outline slab only.
- Top-floor bath (tub) — no dedicated photo; shown as line drawing.
- Top-floor walk-in closet — the set's walk-in photo (photo-15) is not identified to a specific floor, so it is used only at the upper walk-in stop; the top walk-in stays line drawing.
- Photo-17 (a room staged as an office) — not mapped to any plan room: the plan has no den. No den was invented.
- Stairs, halls, under-stair storage, cabinet and laundry (W/D) are circulation, not walk stops; shown as simple geometry.
Whose code this is built on
Viewer mechanics adapted from Sam Aing's Casa Larga (github.com/Sam1983Aing/casa-larga), used with Sam's direct permission to the owner (Oct 24, 2026): the keyframe camera rig, the 1.2 m section-cut plane, per-room sweep planes, and the fat plan lines. Scrolling is plain native scroll (the Lenis + ScrollTrigger stack was removed after it stranded iPhone Safari on the plan sheet). Winch-1's rooms, dimensions and materials are its own, from its real plan and photos. The full ink-blend shader was not ported (flat colours here); the in-scene sheet annotations were replaced by the real plan image above.
Honesty notes — read before judging the trial
- Room rectangles use the plan's labeled dimensions; their relative placement follows the plan's topology. The overall footprint is approximate, not a survey — this is a trial viewer, not measured construction geometry.
- Ceiling heights: 9'10" where the plan labels it (living room, primary bedroom); 8'10" on the top floor where labeled; other rooms use their floor's labeled height. Nothing else assumed.
- Ensuite photo matches marked "probable" are the best fit from what is visible in frame (tub/shower out of frame); the distinguishing fixture is named in the stop list.
- Materials are flat colours matched to the photos (light oak floors, white flat-panel cabinetry, oak island, stone-look bath tile) — no textures were purchased or downloaded; total trial assets are ~3.2 MB, far under the 39 MB budget the scope flags.
- Exterior hero photo: photo-02, the dusk duplex shot from the listing's own set.
